The RF5000 online directional variable frequency microwave moisture meter is suitable for working conditions where the material color is very dark, the absorbance is strong, the measurement accuracy is greatly reduced by infrared optical methods, or the material moisture itself is uneven, and the results of measuring only the surface moisture of the material have no reference value. The microwave moisture meter emits microwave energy from the lower microwave transmitter and receives microwave energy from the upper microwave receiving module. By measuring the attenuation effect and phase change of the material on the microwave energy, combined with data models and special algorithms, the moisture value and density of the tested material are calculated, and the total moisture of the material is then measured.
