POTENTIOMETRIC CONTINUES LEVEL TRANSMITTER

CRV100B potentiometer continuous level sensor measurement principle: put a measuring rod in the tank body, apply standard high-frequency voltage at both ends of the measuring rod, 100mV per meter; if the height of the material to be tested is H meters, the tank body The induced voltage is 1/2H × 100mV; by measuring the voltage of the tank to calculate the H meter of material height.

CRV100B potentiometer is a high-precision, powerful anti-interference continuous level sensor, which is suitable for concrete batching plant, cement factory, chemical raw material, grain & oil, animal feed, food, liquid, fly ash, carbon black and low density material.

Application

✔ The minimum relative dielectric constant applied to the medium is 1.5;
✔ By determining the volume of the silo and the bulk density of the material, the silo material can be automatically converted into mass by software.

It is easy for user to intall the potentiometer,  the user just needs to open a flange hole in the top of the silo and fixs the device.(Dont need calibration)

The potentiometer level sensor has standard analog output, which can connect with various indicator. Besides, we can also offer the monitor to display the height of the material level, which has RS485 and Modbus-TCP communication.
